Practice licence

We check each prescriber's current UK professional licence and registration number directly against the issuing body.

Scope of practice

We confirm what medicines and conditions the prescriber is legally authorised to treat and prescribe.

Indemnity insurance

We collect proof of active professional indemnity, including provider name, policy number and expiry date.

Organisation check

We record the prescriber's organisation, role title and practice address for full traceability.
